1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Wisdom Audio Bank platform. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

2. Accounts

• •One person may not create multiple accounts to abuse promotions or manipulate reviews.

3. Eligibility

4. Purchases

• •When you purchase an audiobook, you receive a non-transferable licence to listen to that audiobook through the platform.
• •Prices are displayed in your local currency where supported and include applicable taxes where required.
• •Payment is processed by our payment provider. Your card details are not stored on our servers.
• •All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

5. Subscriptions

• •Membership subscriptions provide access to included audiobooks for the duration of your active subscription.
• •Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• •You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
• •Access to subscription content ends when your subscription expires or is cancelled.

6. Audiobook Access

Purchased audiobooks remain accessible through your account subject to platform terms. Access is tied to your account and is not transferable. We reserve the right to remove content if required by rights issues or legal obligations.

7. Acceptable Use

• •Do not share your account credentials or access with others.
• •Do not attempt to download, copy, extract, or redistribute protected audio content.
• •Do not use automated tools to scrape or extract content from the platform.
• •Do not submit false reviews, ratings, or abuse the referral or affiliate systems.
• •Do not upload or distribute content you do not have rights to.
• •Do not harass, abuse, or impersonate other users.

8. Intellectual Property

All audiobook content on the platform is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You do not acquire ownership of content by purchasing or listening to it. Creator content is published under the terms agreed between the creator and Wisdom Audio Bank.

9. Restrictions

• •You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly perform audiobook content.
• •You may not bypass or circumvent digital access controls.
• •You may not use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

10. Gifts

Gift audiobooks and gift memberships are subject to the terms specified at the time of purchase. Gift codes are single-use and must be redeemed before their expiry date. Gift purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

11. Refunds

Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable consumer law. Refunds may reverse access to purchased content and affect creator royalties.

12. Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. Suspended accounts may retain access to previously purchased content subject to the nature of the violation.

13. Liability

The platform is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wisdom Audio Bank is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited as permitted by applicable law.

14. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases, subject to any retained access to purchased content.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
