Affiliate Terms

1. Eligible Promotion

Affiliates may promote Wisdom Audio Bank audiobooks and memberships using their unique affiliate links. Promotion must be conducted in a transparent and lawful manner.

2. Prohibited Promotion

• •Do not use misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent promotional methods.
• •Do not use spam, unsolicited emails, or unwanted messages.
• •Do not bid on Wisdom Audio Bank brand terms in paid search advertising.
• •Do not create false reviews or incentivised purchases.
• •Do not use cookie stuffing, forced redirects, or similar techniques.
• •Do not promote on sites containing illegal, hateful, or adult content.

3. Commission

Affiliate commission is calculated as a percentage of qualifying sales attributed to your affiliate link, as specified in your affiliate agreement. Commission is not paid on self-referrals or fraudulent orders.

4. Attribution

Attribution is determined by the last-click model within the configured attribution window. The attribution window and method are specified in your affiliate agreement. Wisdom Audio Bank's attribution system is the sole determinant of qualifying sales.

5. Refunds

Commission on refunded or charged-back orders is reversed. Reversals create compensating entries in the affiliate ledger and do not erase historical records.

6. Fraud

Affiliate fraud, including self-referrals, fake accounts, cookie stuffing, and click fraud, will result in commission forfeiture and potential account termination. Fraudulent earnings are not payable.

7. Brand Use

Affiliates may use Wisdom Audio Bank logos and marketing materials provided through the affiliate dashboard. Brand assets must not be modified or used in ways that could damage the brand's reputation.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the affiliate agreement with notice. Upon termination, affiliate links cease to generate commissions. Outstanding commissions for qualifying sales are paid subject to the clearing period.

9. Payment

Commission payouts are processed when your available balance meets the minimum payout threshold. A clearing period applies before commissions become available. Payout account changes may trigger a temporary hold.
